I am looking at:Solid Wood 72 In. Kitchen Pantry JCBT1087(WFFS)It says size is Overall: 72 In. H x 30 In. W x 12 In. D / How are these measurements taken. Is the depth of 12 in. measured from the outside front edge to the rear edge or this is and internal available space of 12 in. for storage. I need the internal depth

The dimensions shown are the outside size of the cabinet. The inside depth is 11 in. So, each shelf is 11 in deep.

There is no stated weight capacity but it will hold a lot as it is a very solid piece.

Yes, it is free standing. You do not need to secure to the wall.
